The Multiverse Protection Agency (MPA) is a colossal, interdimensional organization that has existed for millions of years, founded and governed by a hyper-evolved race known as the Antarians. Towering in stature and possessing extraordinary telekinetic and intellectual abilities, the Antarians have dedicated themselves to imposing order and unity across the vast, chaotic expanse of the multiverse.

The MPA serves as a combination of police force, government, and unifying authority, with the ultimate mission of fostering peace, cooperation, and prosperity among the countless galaxies and civilizations scattered across dimensions. The Antarians believe that without such intervention, civilizations are doomed to an endless cycle of war, suffering, and collapse. By connecting and integrating stable galaxies into a structured multiversal network, the MPA aims to prevent this spiral of destruction and provide a foundation for collective advancement.

However, not all galaxies can be integrated into the multiversal structure. For a galaxy to join this grand network, it must first achieve galactic peace and stability. Integration requires a unified civilization, as introducing a war-torn galaxy to the multiverse would only spread chaos and undermine the MPA’s mission.

For galaxies that have not yet achieved this level of stability, the MPA takes a proactive role. Rather than abandoning these galaxies to their fate, the organization sends operatives—known as Agents—to guide them toward peace. The MPA believes that even the most fractured and conflict-ridden civilizations can reach stability with the right intervention.

The scope of the MPA’s mission is staggering. The multiverse contains an immeasurable number of galaxies, each with its unique cultures, histories, and challenges. Many of these galaxies are plagued by turmoil—civil wars, tyrannical regimes, ancient rivalries, and existential threats. The MPA’s agents are the first line of defense against these dangers, acting as diplomats, warriors, and problem-solvers in equal measure.

Most of the stories within this narrative universe focus on the agents themselves: their struggles, triumphs, and the ethical dilemmas they face as they intervene in complex and often morally ambiguous situations. Through their actions, the fate of entire galaxies—and the stability of the multiverse—hangs in the balance.
